Majed is the Americas’ Manager of Poten’s Natural Gas & LNG Advisory team. He has over 22 years of experience in the natural gas sector. He was previously a project controls manager with Zachry Construction Corporation in major infrastructure projects. He has deep experience in commercial and market advisory for North American natural gas and LNG projects.

Majed leads Poten’s global LNG supply and demand analysis team and has advised clients worldwide on LNG procurement, project development, market due diligence and LNG pricing and market strategies. He has an in-depth strategic understanding of the LNG short and long term market drivers.

Majed leads the execution of major commercial and market due diligence advisory services in the US and Canada, focused on assets along the value chain, including production, natural gas pipelines, and liquefaction facilities. Majed was instrumental in advising Private Equity investments and Project Finance Lenders in North American infrastructure, including pipelines and LNG export facilities.

Majed holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont, an MS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an MBA Finance from Columbia Business School.
