Rossella has 17 years of experience in the Oil&Gas market. 

She started her career as Testing Project Engineer in GE Oil&Gas, then supported the LNG plants installation, commissioning and start-up as Service Engineer for ten years. 

She is now LNG Decarbonization Manager in Baker Hughes Industrial and Energy Technology, leading growth, profitability and product competitiveness of the equipment portfolio working on LNG long term strategic plan and New Product prioritization, assessing and promoting new solutions introduction. 

She graduated as Chemical Engineer at University of Naples “Federico II”.
