Ulrike joined Ipieca in December 2019. She has over 17 years of experience working in various roles within the energy industry, with a career spanning communications, public and government affairs, and sustainability. Ulrike is on secondment to Ipieca from ExxonMobil as Chief of Staff. Prior to assuming this role, Ulrike led programme areas on Climate & Energy, Sustainable Development Goals, and Sustainability Reporting as Senior Project Manager. Ulrike has a degree in Business and Economics. 

Ulrike lives with her family in Hamburg, Germany.
