Financing for energy projects continues to evolve at a fast pace. As ESG considerations grow, classic capital investors are looking for high accountability investments with a continued focus on LNG’s long-term appeal to displace coal from power systems around the world. Venture capital is also a leading participant in LNG projects, helping established exporters act swiftly when it comes to deploying private equity financing to take strategic advantage of emerging opportunities such as FSRU demand.
