This session will focus on new terminal developments in key locations, technologies and operational novelties that will enable LNG to be delivered to the markets safely and efficiently, while creating competitive advantages. The speakers will show innovations in terminals, cargo handling and transfer, as well as shipping logistics.​

The presentations included in the session will address the following themes:​

  • Innovations from LNG Canada in shipping, marine and terminal operations including LNG-fuelled escort tugboats and electric harbour tugboats
  • Innovative technologies for LNG transfer​
  • Ship-to-ship LNG cargo transfer optimization for the world’s first FSRU equipped with the Tower Yoke Mooring System​
  • Optimising shipping routes to address Asia's growing LNG demand ​
