Do I need to pre-register to attend LNG2023?
Yes: we are accepting online registrations only, so ensure you register online and have received your confirmation barcode before visiting the Convention Centre.
If you are registering on an event day, expect to wait at least 1 hour for the approval of your application and to receive your confirmation barcode by email.
Do not attend the venue until you have received your registration confirmation barcode by email. Check your Spam and Junk folders for the confirmation email and please bring your photo ID each time you enter the event.

What is the cost of attending LNG2023 Conference?
The Early Bird price is USD 3,600 per person and is valid until 7 April 2023. The pre-event price is USD 4,290 per person valid between 8 April to 7 July 2023. Full price is USD 4,780 per person from 8 July 2023. 5% Canadian GST applies to all registrations. Register for LNG2023 here.

When does the Early Bird Registration end?

What does the LNG2023 Conference Delegate Pass include?
A Conference delegate pass gives you the complete LNG2023 experience. You may attend all sessions of the conference programme, receive lunch and tea breaks, and attend all LNG2023 networking functions. Register for LNG2023 here.

What does the LNG2023 Exhibition Registration include?

Does LNG2023 offer an Accompanying Person Pass?
Yes. An accompanying person may be registered for US$850 (+5% GST) during the registration process for the Conference Delegate. The Accompanying Person pass will have access to the official LNG2023 functions and access to the Exhibition halls. See full details here.
Can I cancel my registration?
Yes. Delegate registrations cancelled on or before 10 May 2023 will receive a refund of registration fee paid, less a $478 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after 11 May 2023 forfeit the registration fee in its entirety. See the Terms & Conditions of Participation here.
Can I amend my registration?
Yes. Your email confirmation contains a link to modify your registration. If further assistance is required, contact registration@lng2023.org
My card was declined during registration - what can I do?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB.
If you are using one of the accepted credit cards above and your payment has been declined, there may be a cross-border restriction imposed by your bank because the credit card issuing country and the country receiving payment is different. If this is the case, we ask that you kindly to try a different card. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the Registration Team at registration@lng2023.org
Will the slides from LNG2023 Conference be available for delegates?
Yes, conference slides will be available after the event for conference delegates only. Slides will not be available to exhibition visitors. All conference delegates will also have access to abstracts, final papers and digital posters created by conference speakers. Access to these materials will be available in April 2023 via the conference app.
What type of professional attends LNG2023?

When will the subsequent LNG event take place?
LNG2026 will take place in 2026 in Doha, Qatar. Join Club LNG to be kept informed when the dates are announced.
Travel to/from LNG2023
Do I need Visa to travel to Canada for LNG2023?
Please check with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to determine the travel credential(s) required for you to enter Canada.
LNG2023 organisers require all registrants to make their own inquiries about their ability to enter Canada and offer no representations of the validity of the information provided at this link.
If you require a visa, we recommend you apply as soon as possible, as visa processing times can be lengthy and outside of the Host or Organisers control.
When registering for either a conference delegate pass or FREE exhibition attendee pass you will have the opportunity to request a Visa Invitation Letter. Exhibition attendee passes may be upgraded to conference delegate passes at a future point, should you wish to use a FREE exhibition attendee pass to initiate your visa application process.
Visa Invitation letters are normally issued within 48 hours of your application being approved. Invitations will not be issued without an accompanying approved registration. Those requesting a Visa Invitation letter will be required to confirm their travel itinerary including details of a confirmed hotel booking. Book your hotel here.
If you transit through a third country, you may also require a visa for that country (i.e. United States).
The Host does not guarantee that the visa issuing authority will issue the visa in a timely manner. The Host or Manager will not contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a Participant. The Host cannot be held responsible if a Participant’s visa is not approved. How can I book a hotel for my stay in Vancouver for LNG2023?
When you register to attend LNG2023, you will gain access to an exclusive hotel reservations portal, where you can take advantage of special event-only rates.
How do I transfer between Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and the Vancouver Convention Centre?
The Vancouver Convention Centre is located in downtown Vancouver close to major hotels.
Consider SkyTrain services, which directly connects the Airport with Waterfront Station for an estimated travel time of 26 minutes. Waterfront station is a short walk to the Vancouver Convention Centre.
Taxi and ride share services are readily available from the airport.

Is participation in the Welcome and Networking Reception included in the Exhibition Registration?
No. Exhibition Registrations excludes entry to conference and delegate functions. If you wish to participate, we advise you to upgrade your ticket to a Conference Pass. Please find more information on benefits of attending LNG2023 as a delegate here.

How do I submit an abstract?
The Call for Abstracts has closed, and all authors have been notified about the results. We invite you to submit an abstract for LNG2026, Doha. Join Club LNG to be kept informed about all activities connected to future events including LNG2026.
Can I amend my abstract if I have already submitted it?
Yes, contact papers@lng2023.org for assistance.
Who is responsible for reviewing all abstracts?
The LNG2023 Programme Committee is responsible for developing and moderating the conference programme. The Programme Committee has chosen the session topics, reviewed all submissions and selected the most interesting and relevant papers to be presented at LNG2023.
